Key Responsibilities

Lead global technical support for complex TEM systems and digital solutions
Drive service readiness for field upgrades and system improvements
Perform root cause analysis and resolution of advanced technical issues
Manage technical communication between multiple departments (Field, Production, R&D)
Provide worldwide 3rd line technical support for TEM modules
Lead continuous improvement initiatives through MyPPI system
Mentor and enable field service engineers

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical, Software or Electrical engineering

Experience

Minimum 5 years in Support or New Product Introduction environment
