Key Responsibilities

Lead development and standardization of complex technical documentation for the WTC Health Program
Drive content strategy and documentation processes across multiple stakeholder groups
Manage end-to-end document lifecycle including planning, development, review, and publication
Implement and maintain documentation standards and quality control processes
Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical information into accessible content
Oversee document management systems and version control protocols
Lead editorial review processes and ensure compliance with program standards

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Public Health, Public Policy, or relevant discipline
