Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic implementation of comprehensive Teen Parenting Program within high school district, directly impacting vulnerable youth populations and community outcomes
Develop and execute innovative curriculum delivery systems that address critical gaps in teen pregnancy prevention and parenting education
Establish and maintain strategic community partnerships that expand service delivery capacity and create sustainable support networks

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in social work or related field from an accredited college or university. Master's degree in social work is preferred.

Experience

Two or more years of experience with teens preferred, but not necessary

Required Skills

Highly motivated, self starter, organized and able to work independently Appropriate computer skills, and strong familiarity with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) Able to operate standard office equipment (copier, fax, scanner, etc) Maintain confidential information in accordance with legal/ethical standards Capable of working independently and processing information accurately Able to perform job duties under stressful conditions Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) helpful, but not necessary
