Key Responsibilities

Lead complex sustainable building renovation projects as owner's representative
Manage project quality, costs and schedules for building modernization
Oversee implementation of innovative building systems and renewable energy integration
Coordinate stakeholders and ensure structured project execution

Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements

Education

Engineering degree with focus on technical building equipment or equivalent technical qualification

Experience

Minimum 5 years experience in planning, tendering, construction supervision or client-side project management of renovation projects
