Key Responsibilities

Support cross-asset distribution sales teams covering private and retail bank distribution in Hong Kong and Singapore
Manage pre and post trade administration processes
Coordinate with Legal & Compliance on product documentation
Monitor credit lines and trade execution approvals
Perform trade reconciliation and optimize operational efficiency
Provide regular reporting to team leadership
Coordinate client after-sales services
Develop process automation solutions

Requirements

Education

Bachelors or Master's degree in Mathematics, IT, Finance & Banking or similar

Experience

Entry level with internship experience preferred
