Key Responsibilities

Lead WMS training initiatives across multiple DSV Solutions Netherlands locations, driving operational excellence and system adoption
Design and deliver both classroom and virtual training programs, adapting content for diverse audience needs and learning styles
Collaborate with engineering teams on WMS implementations, ensuring training alignment with new client requirements and workflows
Develop and maintain training materials, incorporating system updates and process improvements to maintain program relevance

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain, business economics, engineering or similar

Experience

1-2 years in supply chain or warehouse logistics
