Key Responsibilities

Lead financial due diligence assessments for M&A transactions
Analyze quality of earnings and cash flow performance
Evaluate working capital requirements and business drivers
Conduct management discussions and stakeholder presentations
Develop and review financial models and forecasts
Provide strategic transaction advisory services to PE and corporate clients

Requirements

Education

Bachelor or Master degree in accounting and/or related major

Experience

Big Four Transaction Services experience required
