Key Responsibilities

Lead expert-level database searching and consultation services for systematic reviews
Deliver innovative knowledge services to the MGH community
Develop and implement instructional programs for both online and in-person learning
Manage multiple comprehensive review projects simultaneously
Create and maintain online learning modules
Establish strategic partnerships across the organization
Guide staff and students in evidence-based practice implementation

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in library and information studies from an ALA-accredited program or another comparable Master's degree program

Experience

3 or more years of experience in a medical/hospital/biomedical library or as a health sciences liaison librarian preferred
