Key Responsibilities

Lead and conduct comprehensive tree inspections and risk assessments for highway infrastructure
Provide expert consultation on protection of sensitive trees including OVT and SWT specimens
Manage and supervise arboricultural maintenance operations
Direct emergency response and assessment after severe weather events
Lead and mentor technical team including SVIO, VIO, and AVIO positions

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree or above in arboriculture, tree management, tree risk assessment, or landscape management (HKQF Level 5 or above)

Experience

3 years post-qualification work experience in tree care and risk assessment, plus 8 years experience with sensitive trees

Required Skills
