Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with individuals experiencing complex emotional difficulties, directly impacting patient recovery outcomes and service effectiveness

Requirements

Education

A qualification in a mental health or social care (nursing, allied health professional, social work) OR Post graduate masters' level training as a Clinical Associate in Psychology

Experience

Proven experience of completing mental health assessments, risk assessments and risk management plans without direct supervision, demonstrable experience of working with service users with personality disorder, experience of working with service users experiencing suicidal ideation and self-harm, experience of MDT and multi-agency working
