Key Responsibilities

Lead development projects for OE and replacement market tires across premium segments (UUHP, UHP, HP, SUV)
Drive technical decision-making and project execution within defined timelines
Collaborate with Marketing and Technical Account teams to align product development with market needs
Validate and analyze tire designs, specifications, and test results
Participate in material and technology development initiatives
Ensure compliance with R&D and customer-specific standards

Requirements

Education

Bachelor / master degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or similar
