Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UX design processes from concept to implementation while engaging directly with clients
Drive strategic design decisions through research, journey mapping, and prototyping
Mentor and develop junior designers while establishing design quality standards
Collaborate cross-functionally with research, service design, and technology teams
Create comprehensive design deliverables including storyboards, user flows, and UI specifications
Contribute to business development through proposal creation and client presentations
Establish and maintain design systems and UI patterns

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in design from institutes like NID, MIT, Pearl, Srishti, Symbiosis, NIFT

Experience

6 months - 3 years of relevant UX experience
