Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team of professional sales experts across the EMEA region, driving organizational growth through strategic coaching and KPI management
Architect and implement comprehensive sales strategies and business plans that directly impact regional revenue and market expansion
Conduct strategic market analysis and feasibility assessments for new business opportunities, coordinating cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Research, and Production teams
Direct the preparation and execution of complex business development programs while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and plan goals

Requirements

Education

Four-year college degree, or equivalent, in business, finance, marketing or related field. MBA degree highly desirable.
