Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage APAC Site Selection & Acquisition team to deliver strategic expansion goals
Direct cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, Design & Engineering teams
Drive innovation in site selection processes and methodologies
Oversee due diligence and risk management for property acquisitions
Manage vendor relationships and contractual agreements
Develop and maintain customer relationships for site requirements
Ensure compliance with regional legal and financial controls

Requirements

Education

Business Management Degree preferred
