Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end incident management for critical core banking applications, including analysis, recovery coordination, and stakeholder communication
Drive system performance optimization and operational improvements through SRE principles
Spearhead automation initiatives for production processes and health monitoring
Manage vendor relationships and cross-functional team collaboration
Own critical incident communication and stakeholder management
Lead root cause analysis and implementation of long-term solutions

Education

Undergraduate degree or higher

Experience

10-15 years in Banking industry with 5+ years in Run-the-Bank lead role
