Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide IT transformation focusing on cultural evolution and Agile adoption
Design and implement strategic Ways of Working initiatives aligned with enterprise goals

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field (Master's preferred)

Experience

10+ years of IT leadership experience

Required Skills

Enterprise-wide Agile transformation expertise Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) Stakeholder engagement and change management Azure DevOps proficiency Delivery acceleration and operational efficiency optimization

Certifications
