Key Responsibilities

Lead research projects in surface technology focusing on thermal spraying simulation
Develop and enhance simulation models using CFD, FEM and SPH methods
Conduct experimental validations of simulation results
Supervise and mentor students and research assistants
Author scientific publications and technical reports
Present findings at conferences and to industry partners
Support teaching activities and laboratory equipment maintenance

Requirements

Education

Master's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Computational Engineering, Materials Science or related field with minimum grade of 1.9

Research experience preferred but not required
