Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue generation and business development for Philips equipment through strategic consultancy services, directly contributing to contract value and annual operating plans in the International Region
Lead complex spatial design analysis and redesign initiatives for healthcare departments to optimize efficiency and elevate patient care standards
Establish and maintain high-level relationships across operational, managerial, and C-suite levels to shape and execute transformational healthcare projects
Manage multi-disciplinary programs spanning cardiovascular, neuro intervention, radiology, and acute care environments
Develop and implement strategic workflow optimization solutions that eliminate bottlenecks and enhance operational performance
Lead customer interactions and stakeholder collaboration to understand complex healthcare needs and ensure successful implementation of spatial design solutions
Contribute to organizational strategic direction and competency development within Healthcare Consultancy Services

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in a relevant healthcare field with 5+ years of relevant experience or bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in facility management

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in facility management and renovation of Emergency/Intensive Care Units preferred, with general construction background and healthcare workflow experience

Required Skills
