ALM Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and quantify financial risks
• Propose and improve ALM framework
• Propose hedging strategies
• Implement/execute validated hedges
• Participate in implementation of ALM Tools in Foundry
• Ensure proper risk identification and quantification
• Develop and maintain ALM tool
• Propose and update objectives and risk appetite/limits
• Implement and produce regular reports/dashboards
• Implement and animate ALM governance

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Finance/Business or MBA or from a Top-Tier Grande Ecole or Actuary

Experience

Strong experience in technical management of reinsurance businesses
