Curriculum Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Work across Product, Program Management, and Development teams to plan release cycles
• Facilitate team discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Identify, track, and communicate KPIs and team metrics
• Schedule, host, and follow-up on Agile ceremonies
• Embrace development processes for producing a medical device
• Identify opportunities for improvement
• Work with Software Engineering manager to hold team accountable
• Optimize ceremonies, team participation, and engagement
• Identify training and improvement opportunities
• Lead and encourage scrum team collaboration
• Build trusting environment for problem-solving
• Provide internal and external communication with transparency

Requirements

Education

BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline

Experience

At least two years as Scrum Master
