- Development of numerical methods

- Development of the structure for one dimensional nested meshes in 1d
- Development of the projection and restriction multigrid operators
- Development of multigrid preconditioning methods for the one dimensional Laplace equation based on the Jacobi smoother
- Development of V, W, and K cycle and development of an adaptative strategy based on the order of reduction of the residual
- Test of the multigrid method for large time step implicit integration of the wave system
- Development of the same strategy for ImEx implementation of Shallow-water equations (if time allows)
