Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, plan and analyze financial performance
• Identify areas of improvement
• Provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
• Partner with regional and local teams to establish financial objectives, budgets, and forecasts
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures
• Animate budget processes
• Ensure achievement of Net Sales objectives
• Challenge and validate CAPEX requests
• Prepare financial reports
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis
• Monitor key financial metrics
• Manage and mentor finance team
• Foster cross-functional collaboration
• Act as financial advisor to stakeholders

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field

Minimum of 10 years
